Myriad studies have been conducted on commodity markets in different parts of the world. However, such yielded inconsistent results various facets market structure and conduct, implying that each may its distinctive characteristics which impact performance. In Sub-Saharan Africa, growth sweet potato industry is hindered by lack information structural characteristics. Kenya’s facing a similar challenge.
